Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Pinwild has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or communication that promotes, facilitates, or depicts the sexual exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.

2. Reporting & Removal

If any such content is detected or reported:

• The content will be removed immediately.
• The user account responsible will be permanently banned.
• We will report the content and user details to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. How to Report

Users can report inappropriate content directly within the app by tapping on a sighting and selecting "Report as Inappropriate". You may also email specific safety concerns to our Safety Officer at: dustinbermingham@gmail.com

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected child exploitation.
